Original mosaic created by a Transitions artist through the Reconstructing Home Art Program. This special project was led by Lisa Burleson, Reconstructing Home Art Project Volunteer, and every piece is one of a kind, handmade with no two alike. Bidders have a chance to make a difference in the life of a Transitions client. Every Purchase supports Transitions, and every dollar supports a current client's journey home. Your $15 provides two days of meals for a neighbor at Transitions.
